【Biography】  

 Hui Peng received PhD degree from College Computer Science, Sichuan University in 2013. He was promoted associate professor in 2013 at Chengdu University of Information Technology. He serves as a peer reviewer of many journals such as Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Imaging Science Journal, etc. He taked charge of a project supported by Education Department of Sichuan Province, and many projects supported by some enterprises. He has published more than 10 journal papers.
