【Personal Introduction】
Yaqiang Wang, Member of Communist Party of China. He received his PhD degree in 2013 from College of Computer Science, Sichuan University. His MS and BS degree were obtained from Sichuan University in 2010 and CUIT in 2007, respectively. He joins Chengdu University of Information Technology in 2014. He is a member of Association for Computational Linguistics (from 2012), a member of China Computer Federation (from 2016) and a member of the Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Group on Informatization Support Software and Data Mining (from 2014). He is also a reviewer of several top tier journals, such as Journal of Biomedical Informatics (Recognition Reviewer, SCI Indexed, IF: 2.447), Journal of Cheminformatics (SCI Indexed, IF: 3.95), BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine (SCI Indexed, IF: 1.987), etc. In November 2014, he got an Outstanding Reviewer honor from Journal of Biomedical Informatics.
Yaqiang has published over 20 papers in his research domains. His 5 first author papers have more than 38 citations by Google Scholar. In recent years, he chaired or participated in six national, provincial and departmental projects.
